About the Opportunity
This 12-month fixed-term contract is designed to provide hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a leading retail environment. Based at Clicks’ Head Office in Woodstock, Cape Town, the program aims to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in supply chain roles.

Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will:
Analyze the feasibility and implementation of supply chain initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support the execution of approved projects, ensuring adherence to standard project and chain management methodologies within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Assist in developing and training new business processes and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in operations.
Contribute to supply chain project planning to align with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the IT department to implement system and reporting changes that improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
A Degree or BTech in Supply Chain, Logistics, or BCom (essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and conceptual thinking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
