Key responsibilities
Achievement of daily , month-to-month and weekly income targets
• Protection of all assets (inventory, cash, bodily assets, workforce and customers )
• thru powerful implementation of enterprise regulations and methods
• Effective implementation of store/ branch layout
• Customer service
• Ensure accurate management methods in recognize of inventory room
mark-downs and lay-byes
• Ensure powerful products replenishment and housekeeping
